This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
"To issue an appropriate writ, order or a direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not ordering pre closure of the contract entered by the Superintending Engineer, the 3rd respondent herein in agreement No.59/2008-09, dated 29-10-2008 (package 2) is illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents herein to pre closure of the contract as per PS 58 of APDSS".

Heard Sri K.Ashok Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents. 3.
When the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted representations dated 6.6.2013, 21.11.2013, 9.12.2014 and on 18.6.2016 to the respondents herein, but no orders have been passed on the said representation and the learned counsel requested the Court to issue necessary directions to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the said representations, in accordance with law, by fixing some time frame. It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the representations of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law. 4.
Recording the said submission and having regard to the nature of controversy, writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on
the merits and demerits of the matter, directing the respondents herein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations dated 6.6.2013, 21.11.2013, 9.12.2014 and on 18.6.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
