This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners 1 and 2 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.41 of 2011 on the file of the Court of VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 22.08.2017 before the Registry. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
