Learned Government Pleader placed on record the written instructions issued to their office in the month of November, 2019 by the Inspector of Police, Chandrayangutta Police Station, Hyderabad. 4.

From the perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that subsequent to the registration of Crime No.284 of 2013 by the Chandrayangutta Police Station, investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed before the concerned Court. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no cause would survive in the writ petition.

6.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
