THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.5163 of 2017 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the writ petitioner filed a letter, dated 21.12.2017, before the Registry, inter alia, stating as follows: - 'The petitioner intends to work out his grievance through alternative remedy by approaching the Commissioner, Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation. Hence, the petitioner intends to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail alternative remedy.' In the said letter, a request was also made to post the matter under the caption 'For Withdrawal'. Hence, the matter came up today under the caption " For Withdrawal'.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the contents of the afore-said letter and sought permission to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty as sought for.

In view of the contents of the letter and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty as sought for. No costs.
