This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.1 seeking to quash the proceedings against her in Crime No.479 of 2017 of Ramachandrapuram Police Station, Cyberabad. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 09.10.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, referred the same as 'civil in nature' and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sangareddy.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
