THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.2080 of 2016 ORDER:

The complaint of the petitioners in this contempt case was that despite the order dated 23.02.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.52591 of 2015 in W.P.No.40735 of 2015, the learned SubDivisional Magistrate and Revenue Divisional Officer, Kakinada, was continuing the proceedings notwithstanding the provisions of Section 107 CrPC.

It is now represented by Sri P.Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners, that the Sub-Divisional Magistrate and Revenue Divisional Officer, Kakinada, is no longer continuing with the said proceedings and therefore, the contempt case does not survive for consideration. Recording the said statement, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
