HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.18881 of 2017 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed with the following relief:

" issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the third respondent calling the petitioner to the police station and harassing him by involving into the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent, is illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice; and consequently direct the third respondent not to call upon the petitioner to Veenavanka Police Station, Karimnagar District and not to harass the petitioner."

2) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) submits that a case in Crime No.122 of 2017 of Veenavanka Police Station came to be registered against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 504 and 506 IPC.

3) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though a crime is registered, but the police cannot interfere with the civil dispute except in accordance with law. Interference in civil disputes is strongly denied by the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG).

4) In view of the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent not to interfere with

the civil disputes between the petitioner and fourth respondent. However, if any action is sought to be taken against the petitioner the same shall be in accordance with the provisions established under law.

5) There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
