Today, when the matter is called, it is represented by the learned Government Pleader appearing for Respondents that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common judgment rendered by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1012 of 2015 and batch dated 6.8.2015 and a copy of the same is placed on record. In the said judgment, the Division Bench allowed the Writ Appeals, setting aside the orders passed by the learned Single Judge.

In view of the above said judgment, this writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
