SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 9050 OF 2016 O R D E R : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) Learned counsel for the petitioner, after debating for a while at the Bar, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedy of persuading the bank to recall the demand notice by way of re-settling the loan account.

Preserving the said liberty, the Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn. Accordingly, it is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
