The case of the petitioner is that she was assigned an extent of Acs.5.00 of agricultural land in Survey No. 72/2 situated at Surampalem Village, Rajavommangi Mandal, East Godavari District and 'D' Form patta in respect of the said land was also granted in 2013 itself. Now, it is her complaint that at the instance of the 4th respondent, who is a non-tribal, Respondents 2 and 3 Special Deputy Collector (Tribal Welfare) and Tahsildar, Rajavommangi Mandal respectively have been trying to dispossess her from the said land, without following the due procedure established by law. Hence, the Writ Petition. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare (Andhra Pradesh).
Without going deep into the matter, since it is the complaint of the petitioner that Respondents 2 and 3 have been attempting to dispossess her from the subject land, without following due process of law, it would be suffice if a direction is given. The Writ Petition is therefore, disposed of directing Respondents 2 and 3 not to dispossess the petitioner from the land in question without following the due process of law. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
