No.8125 OF 2014 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V.Bhatt) Heard Mr.Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.Veeraswamy, learned Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P.) The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring proceedings Rc.B.2.3931/07 dated 16.07.2012 of the 2nd respondent calling upon the petitioner to remit a sum of Rs.32,30,545/- towards deficit conversion fee pursuant to the order D.Ds.No. (B1)2689/11 dated 27.08.2011, as illegal and arbitrary. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to the Revenue Divisional Officer/2nd respondent to consider and dispose of representation dated 11.11.

2013 expeditiously instead of considering the substantive prayer in the writ petition. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue consents for disposal of the writ petition by directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of representation dated 11.11.2013 within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit representation dated 11.11.2013 along with a copy of this order within four weeks from today to the 2nd respondent.

The 2nd respondent on receipt of the representation, considers the grievance in accordance with the A.P. Agricultural (Conversion for Non-Agricultural Purpose)Act,2006 and passes appropriate orders and communicates the order to the petitioner, within six weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand disposed of.
