ORAL ORDER:

Though, this writ petition is filed questioning the order of removal dated 29.5.2018, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that against the said order of removal from service as Field Assistant, petitioner preferred appeal on 8.8.2018 and the same is pending and the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Authority to dispose of the pending appeal expeditiously.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 6 and learned standing counsel appearing for 7th respondent, agree for disposal of the writ petition at the admission stage with a direction to the Appellate Authority to dispose of the pending appeal expeditiously. 3.

In the circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of, directing the Appellate Authority to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner on 8.3.2018 and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
