Sri B.S. Siva Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that in the light of the subsequent decision of the State to cancel all tenders relating to sand mining rights, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Interim order dated 22.02.2016 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
