This Criminal Petition, under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ de facto complainant to withdraw C.C.No.207 of 2015 from the file of the II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate Special Excise Judge, Sangareddy, Medak District and transfer the same to the Court of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 17.12.2018, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that both the parties have filed Crl.P.No.10942 of 2017 before this Court to compromise by compounding the offences in C.C.No.207 of 2015. The said criminal petition was allowed on 13.11.2017. 4.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
