THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.1668 of 2015 ORDER:

This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 17.06.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.22486 of 2015 in W.P.No.17368 of 2015. By the said order, this Court directed the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation to consider the petitioner's representations dated 31.10.2014 and 24.01.2015 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a timeframe.

It is now stated that the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation, the successor in interest of the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation in the State of Telangana, has passed orders dated 24.08.2015 through the Regional Manager, TSRTC, Adilabad. A copy of the said proceedings is placed on record. In the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings, he would necessarily have to challenge the same independently by way of separate proceedings in accordance with law.

Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
