This petition is filed to correct an inadvertent error in the order dated 04.12.2025 in W.P.No.32950 of 2025 by adding the words "with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition" in addition to the withdrawal of the Writ Petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material on record.

This Court, vide order dated 04.12.2025 in W.P.No.32950 of 2025, dismissed the Writ Petition as withdrawn. At the time of passing the said order, the learned Counsel for the petitioner sought liberty for the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition, if any cause survives. However, inadvertently, the request made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner with regard to the grant of liberty was not incorporated in the order. Further, the petitioner had endorsed on the case bundle that the Writ Petition was withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition and the same was not reflected in the order. In view of the same, learned Counsel for the petitioner requests this Court to modify the order dated 04.12.2025.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed, by making necessary modifications in the order dated 04.12.2025 in W.P.No.32950 of 2025 and paragraph Nos.1 and 2 of the said order are modified to read as follows:

"Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Saini Aravind, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition and requested to grant liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition and made an endorsement to that effect on the Court bundle.

Accordingly, permission is granted as sought for. This Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition."

The Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue the amended order accordingly.

Accordingly, this I.A. is allowed.
