Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

A perusal of the impugned Common Order dated 03.02.2015 in Tr.CMP No. 1252 of 2014 would reveal that the said Order in refusing to transfer C.C. 58 of 2012 as well as D.V.C.No.1/2013 from the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rampachodavaram to any other Court, do not suffer any irregularity or illegality warranting interference by this Court.
