THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.13953 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to him in Crime No.117 of 2015 on the file of Dahegaon Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Section 409 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that an amount of Rs.5,04,701/-, which is payable to labour for plantation works, was given to the petitioner to deposit the same. But he has neither deposited the same nor paid to the labour. It is also alleged that the petitioner is involved in another case, in which he was suspended, and after his suspension, he had not handed over the Government records in his custody.

Considering the allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. _____________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Dated: 5.1.2016 Nn
