Mr.P.Radhakrishna, learned counsel for the petitioner, having regard to the passage of time from the date of filing of the writ petition till date, requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a comprehensive writ petition assailing the cause of action continuing person in-charge of 1st Respondent - Bank. The statement is accepted and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
