ORDER

This revision is filed seeking to direct the learned Junior Civil Judge, Tekkali, Srikakulam District, to dispose of I.A.No.424 of 2016 in O.S.No.54 of 2016 pending on his file.

The petitioner herein is defendant No.3 in O.S.No.54 of 2016 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Tekkali, filed by first respondent/plaintiff for permanent injunction. Along with the said suit, the plaintiff filed I.A.No.424 of 2016 for temporary injunction. By order dated 14.12.2016, the Court below granted ad-interim interim junction in favour of plaintiff. The main grievance of petitioner/D3 is that on receipt of notice, he filed a detailed counter on 05.01.2017 in I.A.No.424 of 2016, but the Court below is adjourning the matter from time to time and not disposing of the said I.A. Hence, he filed the present revision.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of pendency of the impugned application, I deem it appropriate to direct the Court below to dispose of I.A.No.424 of 2016 in O.S.No.54 of 2016 in accordance with law, within a period of one month, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
