This Civil Revision Petitions is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 02.08.2017 passed in I.A.No.1747 of 2016 in O.S.No.91 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Principal District Judge, Kadapa, YSR Kadapa District. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law, including amendment of the plaint confining to refund of money only. Permission is accorded.

Granting the liberty as sought for, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
