2. Smt. V. Dhumani, learned Standing Counsel for the petitionerBank submits that the appeal filed by the Bank as against the order dated 04.06.2018, impugned in this writ petition, was allowed by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, by order dated 05.12.2018 in Appeal No.176 of 2018. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence it is closed. There will be no order as to costs.

3. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, will stand closed.
