HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 41864 of 2016 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed seeking a direction to the respondents 3 to 5 to take necessary action against the representation dated 24.10.2016 by installing CCTV in and around the house premises of the petitioner so as to record the true facts thereby preventing the interference of respondents 6 and 7 against the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members.

Since the grievance of the petitioner was redressed, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate legal remedies in the case of any grievance. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
