THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 5100 OF 2008 O R D E R :

The Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondent in not allowing the petitioner to resume duty as Home Guard of Bellampally Unit on expiry of his study leave. This Court made an order dated 14.03.2008 in W.P.M.P.No.6630 of 2008, directing the respondent to allow the petitioner to discharge the functions as Home Guard. Thereafter, on 22.11.2010, this Court recorded that as a matter of fact, petitioner was allowed only study leave for study. In that view of the matter, pursuant to the direction of this Court, petitioner was taken into service. In other words, the relief, which the petitioner sought for in this Writ Petition substantially, stands granted on account of the interim orders of this Court.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
