When the matter was taken up for hearing on 09.02.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore the matter was directed to be listed under the caption for dismissal. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
