THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.31450 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Smt.K.Lalitha, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the first respondent, and the learned Government Pleader for Endowments, appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the first respondent authorities are not interfering with the land in Sy.No.13/6 (p), Ward No.41 (old) and present Ward No.38 of Kapparada village. It is further submitted that the petitioners herein are encroaching upon the temple lands.

Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the first respondent-temple authorities to proceed in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
