This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners /respondent Nos.1, 2, 4, 11 and 12 in D.V.C.No.15 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the V Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kakinada. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.
