This writ petition is filed for the following relief:- "... to issue appropriate writ or order or direction preferably one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the 2nd respondent Tribunal has no jurisdiction to deal with the pending case of the erstwhile tribunal, without therebeing any order of transfer of cases from erstwhile Tribunal to new Tribunal and further declare that the 2nd respondent Tribunal has no jurisdiction to deal with any case, without issuing notice to the parties about the change of Court./Tribunal after its transfer and consequently set aside the final order, dated 26.07.2016 passed in O.A.No.356 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent and pass such other order or further order or orders as deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

It is represented by both the counsel that the writ petition is covered by an order passed by this Court in W.P.No.22001 of 2017, dated 20.07.2017.

In view of the same, this writ petition is allowed setting aside the order in O.A.No.356 of 2015, dated 26.07.2016 on the file of the second respondent and the matter is remanded to the second respondent for fresh consideration and disposal after issuing notice to the petitioner. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
