When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the present writ petition is filed seeking Trade Licence for the year 2012-13.

This Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. It is always open to the petitioner to apply for fresh Trade Licence, if required, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
