HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Criminal Revision Case No.2415 of 2015 ORDER :

Heard arguments of the respective petitioners in the Writ Petition and Revision Petition at length.

Perused the impugned docket order of learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal, Ranga Reddy district, dated 10.09.2015, on the application in Crl.M.P.No.188 of 2015.

A perusal of the order no way shows any illegality or impropriety for this court while sitting in Revision to interfere, more particularly from allegation merely of a case is counter blast to the other, that does not require to be tried simultaneously. Having regard to the above, there is nothing to interdict the proceedings of the calendar case 358 of 2011 (old No.859/2006) as observed by the learned Magistrate in the impugned order. Accordingly, the Revision is disposed off.
