HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.38742 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed seeking permission to prosecute the petitioners in WP Nos.5184 of 2015, both in civil as well as criminal on misrepresenting and misleading to this Court by filing false affidavit. Heard and perused the material available on record. After perusing the record, this Court is of the view that since the grievance of the petitioner is that the writ petitioners in WP No.5184 of 2015 mislead this Court and obtained interim orders by filing a false affidavit in that WP, he can make an application by way of 'for being mentioned' in that writ petition, if he is so advised, and this writ petition is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
