This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the orders of this Court dated 13.10.2014 passed in W.P. No.4859 of 2010. Pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 16.09.2016 the Contemnor is present in this Court and submitted that the order of this Court dated 13.10.2014 is complied with though belatedly. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has instructions to state that the order was complied with.
