THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPE CASE No. 375 OF 2017 O R D E R :

When the matter is taken up in pre-lunch session, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, it is passed over. Again, at 02.30 p.m., there is no representation on their behalf.

This Contempt Case is filed for wilful disobedience of the order dated 19.10.2016 in Writ Petition No. 34960 of 2016. Through the said order dated 19.10.2016, this Court, while disposing of the Writ Petition, at the admission stage, taking into consideration the allegations made by the petitioners with respect to building permission granted in favour of M/s S.S. Constructions vide permit dated 23.10.2009 and the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation that the respondent authorities would consider the representation of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders as soon as possible, without expressing any opinion, directed the respondents authorities to consider the representation of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

In this Contempt Case, the respondent filed the counteraffidavit specifically asserting that the representation of the petitioners was considered and an order was made on 07.07.2017, wherein it was also mentioned that the 1st petitioner had submitted the letter dated 28.05.2017 seeking to withdraw the complaint against the said M/s S.S. Constructions. Be that as it may, inasmuch as the representation of the petitioners has been considered and necessary order has also been

passed on 07.07.2017, the order complained of in this Contempt Case can be said to have been complied with.

In that view of the matter, the Contempt Case is closed. ____________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J 02nd April 2018 ksld
