THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 30364 OF 2017 O R D E R:
This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of Respondents 3 and 4 in seeking to dispossess the petitioner from his land in an extent of Ac.0.10 cents in Survey No. 90 of Addateegala Village and Mandal, East Godavari District, without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare (Andhra Pradesh). Since the allegation of the petitioner is that Respondents 3 and 4 i.e. the Tahsildar and the Special Deputy Tahsildar (Tribal Welfare) have been interfering with his possession and enjoyment over the subject land, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing Respondents 3 and 4 not to interfere with / dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without following the due process of law.
The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
