ORDER:
Apprehending that respondent No.3 may remove parts of their properties for the purpose of widening the existing Tilak road of Anantapur city, the petitioners have filed this Writ Petition.
At the hearing, Mr. S.D.Goud, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3, on instructions, submitted that so far, no proposals for widening the existing Tilak road have been initiated by respondent No.3 and that if and when such proposals are initiated, the Corporation will strictly follow the provisions of Sections-146 or 147 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955,
as the case may be.
This submission of the learned Standing Counsel is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.1016 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
