Muralidhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, would state that no orders are required to be passed in this contempt case which was filed alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 23.03.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.10441 of 2017, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.95, Home (Legal.II) Department, dated 31.05.2017, issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Recording the said statement, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
