O r d e r :

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.1 to 3, in not bifurcating respondent No.4- Society in pursuance of the General Body Resolution, dated 14-03-2012, of respondent No.4, as illegal and arbitrary.

The petitioner sought for a consequential direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to forthwith consider the aforesaid General Body Resolution.

At the hearing, Mr.T.Sujan Kumar, learned Counsel representing Mr.SS.Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
