ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 22.07.2015 in W.P.No.3282 of 2009.

By the aforementioned order, this Court has directed the respondent to positively consider the petitioner's case for regularization and communicate the same to him within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Complaining that the said order is not implemented, the petitioner filed this Contempt Case. This Court admitted the contempt case and ordered notice in Form 1 to the respondent on 24.06.2016. In obedience to the said notice, the respondent is present, besides filing a counter affidavit. At the hearing, Sri Andapalli Sanjeev Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, placed before the Court letter No. 5235/SE-Trg./A1/2016, dated 21.07.

2016, issued by the Special Chief Secretary to Government, whereunder permission has been granted to the respondent to take action for regularization of the services of the petitioner and another person by name D.Narsimulu, NMR Attenders/Full Time Daily Wage Workers with prospective effect. He has also filed Memo No.E3/16700/APEWIDC/2009-2015, dated 21.07.2016, issued by the respondent, whereunder he has directed the Executive Engineer, APEWIDC Division, Adilabad, to regularize the services of the aforementioned two persons, including the petitioner, with immediate effect.

In the light of the above proceedings, the respondent has purged the contempt, if any.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
