THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2530 of 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.M.P.No.44666 of 2014 in W.P.No.35699 of 2014, dated 24.11.2014. The said order directed the second respondent therein to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 14.11.2014.

Now learned Counsel for the respondent produced before this Court the proceedings of the Vice Chancellor dated 29.06.2016 considering the interim order and the Contempt Case pending in this Court. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Contempt Case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. If the petitioner has any grievance even after consideration of the order, as aforesaid, it is always open to the petitioner to canvass in the pending Writ Petition. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 01.07.2016 vs
