THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.4723 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the order dated 24.05.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.1413 of 2016 in M.C.No.39 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the V Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Rajahmundry.

The learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. Permission is accorded.

In the result, granting the liberty as sought, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
