HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 31440 of 2018 ORDER:
1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing the ROR appeal dated 21.03.2018 filed by the petitioners, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of the Telangana State Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and rules made thereunder.
2) The grievance of the petitioner is that though the appeal was filed on 21.03.2018, till date no orders are passed. 3) The Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) would submit that a direction may be issued to the concerned for an early disposal of the appeal.
4) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the submissions made, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of the third respondent in Proceedings vide Lr.No.B/ 1192/ 2016, after hearing all the concerned including the petitioner, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.
5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
