This writ petition is filed to declare the action the of the 1st respondent-State in not considering the application of the petitioner for extension of Parole as arbitrary, illegal and violative of fundamental rights and consequently to direct the 1st respondent-State to extend the parole period for three months as per the application of the petitioner dated 4.4.2015. When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that the 1st respondent-State Government vide Memo No.5863/Legal/A1/2015-1 dated 21.4.2015 rejected the request of the petitioner for extension of parole and a copy of the same is placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.

In view of above reason, the writ petition is dismissed at the admission stage. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
