The case of the petitioners is that they made an application on 05.01.2017 to the 5th respondent requesting for conducting survey and demarcation of the subject lands. In pursuant to the same, the 5th respondent issued a letter dated 17.01.2017 intimating the petitioners to pay an amount an Rs.500/- for each survey numbers in mee seva along with the documents. Though the petitioners filed representation dated 02.02.2017 stating that they are ready to pay the said amount, no action has been taken by the 5th respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the 5th respondent has already issued letter dated 17.01.2017 to the petitioners for payment of the amount, it is for the petitioners to pay the said amounts. In view of the same, it is open for the petitioners to make the payments as directed by the 5th respondent vide letter dated 17.01.2017 within a period of two (02) weeks from today. On such deposit, the 5th respondent is directed to take further action in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 08.03.2017 dv
