When the matter is called today, it is represented by Sri Asadullah Shareef, learned counsel for the petitioner so also Sri N. Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent that the orders of this Court have been complied with.

Recording the said submission, the contempt case is dismissed and the respondent stands discharged.
