HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31550 OF 2018 ORDER:

Aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in not registering the crime against respondents 4 to 6 on the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.08.2018, this Writ Petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that though the petitioner lodged complaint on 17.08.2018, the 3rd respondent has not registered crime against respondents 4 to 6.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3 produced written instructions dated 05.09.2018 stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.142 of 2018 was registered against the respondents 4 to 6 for the offences under Sections 420, 406 and 506 r/w 34 IPC on 04.09.2018 and took up investigation.

Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
