Questioning the inaction of respondents, in investigating into Crime No.340 of 2017, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (TG), on instructions from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Gachibowli Police Station, Cyberabad, would submit that investigation has been completed, and charge sheet would be filed before the appropriate Court within two weeks from today. Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader that charge sheet would be filed within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the writ petition is closed.

HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 27452 of 2017 ORDER:

Questioning the action of respondent No.3, in not registering the complaint made by the petitioner against respondent No.4, the present Writ Petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home would place before this Court a copy of the First Information Report from which it is clear that FIR No.286 of 2012 was registered on 22.11.2012 on the file of Karimnagar Police Station, Karimnagar against respondent Nos.3 to 6 for offences under Sections 423, 420, 454, 380, 290, 504, 506 read with 34 IPC. Since the complaint has now been registered, the respondents shall cause investigation forthwith, and file a report under Section 173(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code at the earliest.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. However, in the circumstances, without costs.
