For the reasons explained in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the application, the I.A. is ordered modifying the Court name in paragraph No.6 of the condition No.1 as 'Special JMFC (Excise) - Cum - V AJMFC - Cum - V AJCJ Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar' in place of 'Judicial Magistrate of First Class - Cum - XII Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy.

Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments and issue amended copy forthwith.
