The only grievance in the present writ petition is nonconsideration of representation, dated 11.07.2012, said to have been made by the petitioner for extension of lease of the shop under the 2nd respondent.

Since the only request made by the petitioner is to consider his representation, dated 11.07.2012, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, without going into the merits of the matter, with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation, dated 11.07.2012, said to have been made by the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
