Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent - police in filing charge sheet in Cr.No.34 of 2016 on the file of Police Station Bhongir Town, Rachakonda Commissionerate, which was registered based on the complaint of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Bhongir Town Police Station, dated 31.08.2018, stating that the above said crime has been investigated and charge sheet was filed on 30.11.2017, and the case in C.C.No.1326 of 2017 on the file of Additional Judicial First class Magistrate at Bhongir, is pending for trial. Recording the above statement, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
