THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR and THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.27636 of 2015 ORDER: (per SK, J) This writ petition was filed assailing the proceedings initiated by the State Bank of India under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, in relation to the loan account of the petitioners.

Sri Maruti Jadav, learned counsel representing Sri B.S. Prasad, learned panel counsel for the State Bank of India, now informs us that the loan account of the petitioners was closed under a One Time Settlement Scheme on 31.03.2017. In that view of the matter, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits. The writ petition is accordingly closed.
